Gary was very accommodating and called us when there was an issue as soon as it happened. Highly recommend and very professional, very knowledgeable around dogs.

Gary has been absolutely wonderful and a star looking after our boy Jasper 🐶 We had a really lovely update video, he was so content and very happy in the care of Gary at Bodowen Luxuary Boarding Kennels. The facilities are fantastic! Gary is very understanding, knowledgeable and passionate for the animals in his care. We are so thankful and would definitely recommend these kennels. Excellent facilities, very clean, and amazing rooms. Gary is full of knowledge and passion for dogs, his care and understanding is second to none. We had a lovely update video of our dog whilst he was staying at Bodowen during our house move.... this isnt a Boarding Kennels its a luxury 5* Hotel!

5* Dog Care 😍 Bodowen recently looked after our beautiful Jet whilst we were on a family holiday. We were invited in to see the kennels beforehand and, Jet spent a fantastic settling-in day in doggy daycare to familoarise herself with the place and staff and, likewise, them with her. Jet was excited upon returning to Bodowen for her own doggy holiday and settled in straight away. She had her own kennel with a television, a bed (we took her blankets to make her feel comfortable), a sofa and heating. The kennels are top notch, with a fantastic round the clock care system and timed exercise regime for all the dogs. With plenty of room for them to play safely whilst ensuring they are all enjoying time outside. I had noted I was a little anxious leaving her as, when using a previous place for boarding, jet had returned home nervous and stopped eating and I just wanted for her to be cared for like we would. I needn't have worried at all 🤗. We received videos, photos and messages about Jet the whole time we were away, which I really appreciated. Jet returned home as she had gone to Bodowen: relaxed, happy and eating like a champ! Couldn't have asked for better care of her, a doggy home from home 😁. I would recommend Bodowen to anyone looking for top care for their four legged family members when they need it. Thank you again to Bodowen staff ❤️ Jet misses you already 🐾 x x x

An amazing place to take your beloved dogs. We were able to leave our dogs feeling happy that they were going to be well cared for…Wonderfully run family business. Nothing is too much trouble! My boys loved it!

My dog Ralf has been attending Bodowen Boarding Kennels since he was 14 weeks old and goes regularly. He is now 8 months old. Gary is absolutely amazing with him. Ralf is always so excited to see Gary and enjoys going there. Ralf is happy when he goes and happy when we go back to collect him. Gary has the Ralf's interest at heart and the whole team are amazing with him. We get sent videos and messages on our request but to be truthful I k ow that Ralf is being well looked after. I fully recommend Gary and team.

Was really pleased with the care our dogs received while we were away. We had regular communication from Gary that put our minds at ease. The kennels are very clean and true to its name… luxury kennels! Will definitely use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
